外高橋保稅區(qū)通用廠房由多層改造成高層的結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計與分析

[摘要]外高橋保稅區(qū)通用廠房改擴(kuò)建工程屬于結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造工程?;A(chǔ)加固采用了變剛度調(diào)平理論和靜壓錨桿樁加固方法,結(jié)構(gòu)體系由原設(shè)計的混凝土框架改造成屈曲約束鋼支撐-現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),支撐與既有混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)連接采用了鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)加固方法,加層中的新舊混凝土框架柱采用了植筋和核心區(qū)域擴(kuò)大截面方法。通過加固整體結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件,比較了既有結(jié)構(gòu)和加固后的整體結(jié)構(gòu)主要參數(shù)指標(biāo)和動力特性。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系的改變和結(jié)構(gòu)加固方法能夠滿足現(xiàn)有主要抗震規(guī)范和規(guī)程的要求,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能得以改善,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。

Design and analysis of structural reinforcement of general factory  transformed from multi-storey to high-rise in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone

Abstract:The reconstruction and expansion project of general factory in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone belongs to structural reinforcement and reconstruction project. The foundation reinforcement adopted the variable stiffness leveling theory and the static pressure anchor pile reinforcement method. The structural system was transformed from the originally designed concrete frame into steel buckling restrained braces and cast reinforced concrete frame structure. The braces were connected with the existing concrete structure using a steel-concrete composite structure reinforcement method. The new and old concrete frame columns in the added story adopted the method of planting reinforcement and expanding the section of the core area. By strengthening the overall structure and components, the main parameters and dynamic characteristics of the existing structure and the reinforced overall structure were compared. The results show that the structural system changes and structural reinforcement methods can meet the requirements of the existing main seismic codes and regulations, the seismic performance of the structure is improved, and the structure is safe and reliable.
