[摘要]強震下空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)的桿單元由于塑性發(fā)展、損傷累積導(dǎo)致剛度退化嚴重,對結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響極大。為研究強震下組合試件的損傷特性,設(shè)計了管球組合試件的軸向加載試驗。通過3種不同的加載制度研究試件的撓度發(fā)展規(guī)律,并基于累積耗能與承載力退化提出兩種評價管球組合試件發(fā)生不同程度疲勞破壞的損傷模型,同時對滯回曲線和骨架曲線的發(fā)展規(guī)律進行了初步分析。結(jié)果表明:空間撓度變化規(guī)律可作為試件損傷極限的宏觀演化反映;兩種損傷模型曲線表明以試件開口作為損傷極限狀態(tài)是合理性的;試件的滯回曲線在臨近開口時有明顯衰退現(xiàn)象;骨架曲線在受壓階段有顯著的剛度退化。

Experimental study on fatigue damage of tube and ball combined specimens under reciprocating loading

Abstract:The rod element of the space grid structure under strong earthquake has serious stiffness degradation due to plastic development and damage accumulation, which has great influence on the structural performance. In order to study the damage characteristics of combined specimens under strong earthquakes, axial loading tests of tube and ball combined specimens were designed. The development law of deflection of the specimens was studied by three different loading systems,and based on the cumulative energy dissipation and the bearing capacity degradation, two damage models were proposed to evaluate the different degrees of fatigue failure of tube and ball combined specimens, and preliminary analysis of the law of the hysteresis curves and skeleton curves development was carried out. The results show that the law of deflection can be used as a macroscopic evolution of the damage limit of specimens. The two damage models curves indicate that it is reasonable to use the specimen opening as the damage limit state. The hysteresis curve of the specimens has a significant decline when it is adjacent to the opening. The skeleton curve has significant stiffness degradation during the compression phase.
