[摘要]加勁鋼管是把縱向或橫向加勁肋焊接在傳統(tǒng)鋼管內(nèi)壁上而生成的一種新型構(gòu)件,已計劃作為大跨越輸電塔的主材,殘余應(yīng)力對加勁鋼管的性能具有重要影響。首先根據(jù)大跨越輸電塔工程需要,設(shè)計了3種不同加勁肋布置方式的加勁鋼管和1種無加勁肋鋼管的試件,每種試件各3個,共12個試件;然后采用盲孔法測試了這些試件的殘余應(yīng)力。研究結(jié)果表明:加勁鋼管的殘余應(yīng)力場可視為鋼管對接焊縫和加勁肋焊縫殘余應(yīng)力場的疊加。該應(yīng)力場具有以下特點:加勁鋼管的殘余拉應(yīng)力峰值和位置與無加勁肋鋼管基本相同;加勁鋼管的殘余壓應(yīng)力峰值大于無加勁肋鋼管,且其殘余壓應(yīng)力峰值位置會有較大變化;加勁鋼管的加勁肋處存在明顯的殘余拉應(yīng)力,但該殘余拉應(yīng)力明顯低于鋼管對接焊縫處的殘余拉應(yīng)力。

Study on residual stress distribution characteristics of stiffened steel pipe of the chord member in large span transmission tower

Abstract:Stiffened steel pipe is a new type of component produced by welding longitudinal or transverse stiffeners on the inner wall of traditional steel pipe, it is prepared to be used as the chord member in large span transmission tower, and residual stress has an important influence on the performance of stiffened steel pipe. Firstly, three kinds of stiffened steel pipes with different stiffeners arrangements and one specimen of steel pipe without stiffners were designed according to the needs of a large span transmission tower, each type has three specimens, in total twelve; then, the residual stress of these specimens was tested by the blind hole method. The results show that the residual stress field of the stiffened steel pipe can be taken as the superposition of the residual stress field induced by the butt-jointed weld seam of the steel pipe and the residual stress field induced by the fillet weld seam of stiffners. The stress field has the following characteristics: the peak value and its position of the residual tensile stress of the stiffened steel pipe are basically the same as those of the steel pipe without stiffeners; the peak value of the residual compressive stress of the stiffened steel pipe is greater than that of the steel pipe without stiffeners, and the peak value position of the residual compressive stress will change greatly; there is obvious residual tensile stress at the stiffners of stiffened steel pipe, but the residual tensile stress is significantly lower than that of the butt-jointed weld seam of the steel pipe.
