蚌埠奧體中心體育場大懸挑預(yù)應(yīng)力罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工新技術(shù)*

[摘要]蚌埠奧體中心體育場作為第十四屆安徽省省運會的主場館,首次使用了龍鱗金屬屋面板,其建筑藝術(shù)造型優(yōu)美,整體呈蛟龍形態(tài)。闡述了蚌埠奧體中心體育場大懸挑預(yù)應(yīng)力罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工方法和技術(shù)重難點; 詳細介紹了調(diào)諧質(zhì)量阻尼器減振系統(tǒng)、大懸挑預(yù)應(yīng)力的張拉、龍鱗金屬屋面板模塊化施工等一系列施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù); 采用MIDAS Gen建立了蚌埠奧體中心體育場大懸挑預(yù)應(yīng)力罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的整體計算模型,模擬分析了結(jié)構(gòu)施工全過程; 采用無線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對結(jié)構(gòu)施工全過程進行了應(yīng)力和變形監(jiān)測,并將實測值和計算值進行對比分析。研究了施加調(diào)頻質(zhì)量阻尼器前后結(jié)構(gòu)的動力響應(yīng),對調(diào)頻質(zhì)量阻尼器的減振效果做出了合理性的評價。研究表明:本工程采用的施工新技術(shù)和措施為大懸挑預(yù)應(yīng)力罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的安全施工和健康運營提供了有效保障。

Novel construction technology of large cantilevered prestressed canopy steel structure for Bengbu Olympic Sports Center Stadium

Abstract:Bengbu Olympic Sports Center Stadium is the main venue for the 14th Anhui Provincial Games. Dragon scale metal roof slabs are used for the first time. Its architectural modeling is beautifully shaped and the overall shape is a dragon. The construction methods and technical difficulties of the steel structure project of the large cantilevered prestressed canopy of  Bengbu Olympic Sports Center Stadium were explained; a detailed introduction was conducted of a series of key construction techniques such as the tuned mass damper vibration reduction system, the large cantilevered prestressed tension, and the dragon scale metal roof slab module  construction; MIDAS Gen was used to establish the overall calculation model of the steel structure of the large cantilevered prestressed canopy of Bengbu Olympic Sports Center Stadium, and the whole process of structural construction was simulated and analyzed; the wireless monitoring system was used to monitor the stress and deformation of the whole structure construction process, and the actual measured value and the calculated value were compared and analyzed. The dynamic responses of the structure before and after applied tuned mass damper were studied, and the rationality of the vibration reduction effect of the tuned mass damper was evaluated. Research shows that: the new construction technology and measures adopted in this project provide effective guarantee for the safe construction and healthy operation of the steel structure of the large cantilevered prestressed canopy.
