[摘要]結(jié)合某大跨度屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,分別采用型鋼混凝土梁、鋼-混凝土組合梁、鋼-混凝土組合桁架這三種方案進行計算,對其混凝土用量、型鋼用量、鋼筋用量、豎向撓度等指標進行對比。結(jié)果表明,采用鋼-混凝土組合桁架在減輕結(jié)構(gòu)自重、方便設(shè)備管線及馬道布置、降低綜合層高方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢。然后對鋼-混凝土組合桁架支座處上下弦桿局部彎矩過大的問題提出了改進措施,計算結(jié)果證明了改進措施的有效性。最后對組合桁架屋蓋施工階段的穩(wěn)定性進行了分析。

Design of a large-span steel-concrete composite truss roof

Abstract:Combined with the design of a large-span roof structure, three schemes of steel-reinforced concrete beam, steel-concrete composite beam, and steel-concrete composite trusses were used to calculate the concrete consumption, steel consumption, steel reinforcement consumption, and vertical deflection. The results show that adopted steel-concrete composite trusses has obvious advantages in reducing the self-weight of the structure, facilitating the layout of equipment, pipelines and horse tracks, and reducing the height of the comprehensive floor. Then, improvement measures were proposed for the problem of excessively large local bending moments of the upper and lower chords at the support of the steel-concrete composite truss. The calculation results prove the effectiveness of the improvement measures. Finally, the stability of the composite truss roof during the construction phase was analyzed.
