[摘要]畢節(jié)體育場(chǎng)采用一種無內(nèi)支撐的空間管桁架體系,屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與下部混凝土看臺(tái)間未設(shè)置豎向支撐,僅通過腳部的38個(gè)成品球鉸支座鉸接支承于下部混凝土柱頂,獨(dú)自站立。設(shè)計(jì)中,考慮了屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)非坐落于地面引起的地震放大影響,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了考慮初始缺陷的穩(wěn)定性分析,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)中關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了非線性有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,該體系在使用荷載作用下具有足夠的承載能力和剛度,并有良好的穩(wěn)定性能和可靠的節(jié)點(diǎn)連接。

Design on steel roof with no inner support of Bijie Stadium

Abstract:Space pipe truss with no inner support has been adopted in the construction of Bijie Stadium. The steel roof stands on its own with the help of 38 ball-and-sockets at the bottom, but no vertical brace between the roof and the stands.In the design, the seismic amplification effect caused by the roof steel structure not located on the ground was considered, the stability analysis of the structural system considering the initial defects, and the nonlinear finite element analysis of the key nodes of the structure were carried out. The results suggest that the structure system of the unbraced steel roof applied to Bijie Stadium shows satisfactory carrying capacity and high rigidity at the service loads, as well as favourable stability with reliable joint connections.
