[摘要]為對鄰近邊坡深基坑選取最優(yōu)施工工法,以長沙地鐵4號線黃土嶺站基坑工程為背景,采用FLAC 3D 對不同施工工法下基坑開挖支護(hù)進(jìn)行了三維數(shù)值模擬。通過對比分析不同施工工法下支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性狀,并綜合對比經(jīng)濟(jì)投入、施工和施工對周邊環(huán)境影響等因素,確定了黃土嶺站基坑采用半蓋挖法且蓋板設(shè)置在遠(yuǎn)坡側(cè)的施工工法,并將其應(yīng)用于該車站基坑施工中。實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,該施工工法實(shí)施過程中基坑始終處于安全狀態(tài)。研究成果可為類似工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工提供借鑒和參考。

Comparison and selection on construction methods for deep foundation pit of subway station adjacent to the slope

Abstract:In order to select the optimal construction method for deep foundation pit adjacent to the slope, taking Huangtuling station foundation pit project of Changsha Metro Line 4 as the background, FLAC 3D was used to carry out numerical simulations of foundation pit excavation and support under different construction methods. By comparing and analyzing the mechanical behavior of the supporting structure under different construction methods, and comprehensively comparing factors such as economic investment, construction and impact of construction on the surrounding environment, the construction method of Huangtuling station foundation pit adopting semi-covered excavation with cover plate installed on the side of the far slope was determined, and it was applied to the station foundation pit construction. Analysis of the measured data shows that the foundation pit is always in a safe state during the implementation of the construction method. The results of the study can provide reference for design and construction of similar projects.
