[摘要]介紹昆明景成大廈的大直徑超長(zhǎng)灌注樁設(shè)計(jì)、軸力測(cè)試及單樁豎向抗壓靜載試驗(yàn)等情況,根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)單樁承載特性進(jìn)行分析,研究大直徑超長(zhǎng)灌注樁極限側(cè)阻力、端阻力分布及不同荷載水平下側(cè)阻力、端阻力的發(fā)揮情況,以及后注漿工藝對(duì)單樁承載力的影響,并對(duì)試樁采用雙套筒方式消除無(wú)效樁段的效果進(jìn)行了分析。研究表明,由于超長(zhǎng)樁的樁身壓縮量較大使下部樁變形量偏小,導(dǎo)致下部樁側(cè)阻力和端阻力不能充分發(fā)揮; 采用后注漿工藝可顯著提高超長(zhǎng)灌注樁承載力,增大注漿量可提高超長(zhǎng)灌注樁承載力并可改變樁側(cè)阻力和端阻力的分布,采用在樁端部和下段進(jìn)行后注漿可提高超長(zhǎng)灌注樁端部承載力的發(fā)揮效率,并提出超長(zhǎng)樁的靜載試驗(yàn)不宜以總沉降量作為終止加載條件。

Study on design and bearing characteristics of large-diameter and super-long cast-in-place piles in Jingcheng Tower in Kunming

Abstract:The design, axial force test and vertical compression static load test of large-diameter and super-long cast-in-place piles in Jingcheng Tower in Kunming were introduced. According to the test results, the bearing characteristics of the single pile were analyzed, and the ultimate lateral resistance and end resistance distribution of large-diameter and super-long cast-in-place pile under different load levels were studied, and the influence of post grouting technology on the bearing capacity of single pile was studied. The effect of eliminating invalid pile section of the test pile was analyzed by double sleeve method. The results show that the lateral resistance and end resistance of the super-long pile cannot be fully exerted due to the smaller deformation of the lower pile than that of the super-long pile; the bearing capacity of the super-long cast-in-place pile can be significantly improved by using post grouting technology, and the bearing capacity of the super-long cast-in-place pile can be improved by increasing the grouting amount, and the distribution of the lateral resistance and end resistance can be changed. It is suggested that the total settlement should not be taken as the end loading condition in the static load test of super-long piles.
