[摘要]高阻尼隔震橡膠支座是一種具有良好耗能能力的新型隔震支座。針對高阻尼隔震橡膠支座進(jìn)行了豎向壓縮性能試驗、水平剪切性能試驗、水平剪切相關(guān)性試驗和極限剪切性能試驗,并將試驗結(jié)果與按規(guī)范計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比分析,考察了支座截面形狀對滯回性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:高阻尼隔震橡膠支座的滯回曲線飽滿,剪應(yīng)變和壓應(yīng)力的變化對支座水平等效剛度和等效阻尼比的影響較大,加載次數(shù)對支座隔震性能影響較小。

Experimental research on mechanical performance of high damping isolation rubber bearings

Abstract:High damping isolation rubber bearing is a new type of isolation bearing with good energy dissipation capacity. The vertical compression performance test, horizontal shear performance test, horizontal shear correlation test and ultimate shear performance test were carried out for the high damping isolation rubber bearings, and the test results were compared and analyzed with the calculated results according to the specification, and the influence of the bearing cross-sectional shape on the hysteresis performance was investigated. The results show that the hysteresis curve of the high damping isolation rubber bearing is full, and the changes of shear strain and compressive stress have great influence on the horizontal equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of the bearing, while the number of loading times has less influence on the isolation performance of the bearing.
