[摘要]第五代《中國地震動參數(shù)區(qū)劃圖》(GB 18306—2015)下,湖南地區(qū)原有非抗震設(shè)防區(qū)域均改變?yōu)榭拐鹪O(shè)防區(qū)域。采用現(xiàn)行規(guī)范和抗震要求復核,這些地區(qū)既有建筑普遍存在抗震能力低,缺少抗震構(gòu)造措施的情況。通過對湖南株洲某酒店改造為婦幼保健計劃生育服務(wù)中心項目的介紹,說明了既有非抗震設(shè)防建筑改造加固為重點設(shè)防類建筑的措施方法。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,引入基于性能的抗震評估方法,給出既有建筑抗震設(shè)防性能目標及性能指標的量化標準,進行結(jié)構(gòu)大震彈塑性動力分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)改造加固前后的大震性能進行對比。分析結(jié)果表明,改造加固前結(jié)構(gòu)不滿足規(guī)范和抗震性能目標要求,大震下可能發(fā)生嚴重破壞或倒塌,加固后結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能得到極大改善,滿足規(guī)范和預定性能目標要求,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力顯著提高。

Large earthquake performance comparison of a hotel in Zhuzhou before and after reconstruction and reinforcement

Abstract:According to the fifth generation Seismic ground motion parameter zonation hap of China(GB 18306—2015), original non-seismic regions of Hunan province all change to seismic regions. Anti-seismic capacity is generally poor and seismic constructional measures are also lacking by using the current codes and seismic fortification requirements to recheck the existing buildings in these regions. By illustrating the project of a hotel converted into Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center in Zhuzhou, Hunan province, the methods and measures of non-seismic building converted into key protection class building were introduced. On this basis, the performance-based seismic evaluation method was introduced, and the seismic performance objectives and the quantity of performance indices were presented. Dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under the large earthquake were carried out and the large earthquake performance of the structure before and after reconstruction and reinforcement were compared. Analysis results show that the original structure does not meet the codes and seismic performance objectives. It may collapse in the large earthquake. The seismic performance of the strengthened structure is greatly improved and can meet the current cods and seismic performance objectives.
