【提要】針對望江樓建筑新老設(shè)計(jì)的不同總平面位置、柱網(wǎng)尺寸和地下室標(biāo)高，如何利用原有樁基是南通望江樓工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。著重介紹了地基基礎(chǔ)處理方案的優(yōu)化、結(jié)構(gòu)選型、計(jì)算分析以及相應(yīng)的構(gòu)造措施等，可供類似工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時參考。

Structure Design of Wangjiang Building Using Existing Piles in Nantong City/Chen Yu(Nantong Architecture Design and Research Institute Liability co.,Ltd., Nantong, 226006, China)
Abstract:Due to the different general layouts,pole spacing and basement height of the old and new building in Nantong City,how to use the existing pile foundation becomes the most difficult point in the structural design of Wangjiang Building.Optimization of treating scheme foundation,calculation and analysis of the structural model and the corresponding constitution facility are introduced.
