[摘要]結(jié)合某一體育場工程,對此體育場罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)開展受力性能分析。體育場罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為雙軸對稱的馬鞍面,采用長懸臂交叉桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并設(shè)置環(huán)向桁架加強(qiáng)罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性。在詳細(xì)闡述結(jié)構(gòu)體系及特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,利用多個有限元軟件對罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)開展了模態(tài)、受力、變形分析,且采用時(shí)程分析法和振型分解反應(yīng)譜法進(jìn)行了地震作用分析,對罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)開展雙非線性穩(wěn)定分析和關(guān)鍵桿件失效時(shí)連續(xù)倒塌分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)中較為關(guān)鍵的節(jié)點(diǎn)(如柱腳的鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)換頭節(jié)點(diǎn))進(jìn)行了精細(xì)化有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,該罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、整體性良好。

Analysis and design of complex long-span stadium canopy steel structure

Abstract: Based on a stadium project, the mechanical behavior of the steel structure of the stadium canopy was analyzed. The canopy shell of the stadium is biaxially symmetrical saddle shapped. The long cantilever cross truss system was adopted and the circumferential truss was set up to strengthen the integrity of the canopy structure. The structural system and its characteristics were expounded in detail. The modal analysis, stress analysis and deformation analysis of the canopy steel structure were carried out by using several finite element software. The time history analysis method and mode-decomposition response spectrum method were used to analyze the seismic action. The double nonlinear stability analysis and the continuous collapse analysis of the canopy steel structure under the failure of key members were carried out. The key joints in the structure, such as cast steel joints and transfer joints, were analyzed by fine finite element method. The results show that all the indexes of the canopy steel structure meet the requirements of the code, the structural system is reasonable and the integrity of the canopy steel structure is good.
