［摘要］重慶國瑞中心塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)高度202.40m，為B級高度的超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。根據(jù)《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范》（DBJ 50-047—2006）進行了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計的抗滑移和抗傾覆驗算，以保證結(jié)構(gòu)在各工況下的抗傾覆和抗滑移穩(wěn)定性。在結(jié)構(gòu)首層、25層設(shè)置了屈曲約束支撐，以減小樓層的剛度突變，增加結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度，提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了小震、中震、大震作用下的分析計算，并在此基礎(chǔ)上采取了相應(yīng)的抗震加強措施。計算結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)可以達到預(yù)定的抗震性能目標。

Structural design on the tower of Chongqing Guorui Center

Abstract:The tower of Chongqing Guorui Center is a super high-rise building structure with 202.40m structural height which exceeds the code height requirement of B-level building, and the frame-corewall structural system is adopted. The anti-overturning and anti-sliding were checked in foundation design according to Code for design of building foundation (DBJ 50-047—2006), to ensure the anti-overturning and anti-sliding stability of the structure under different working conditions. In the 1st and 25th floors of the structure, buckling restrained braces were set up to reduce the abrupt change of stiffness, increase the structural rigidity and improve the seismic performance of the structure. Based on the analysis and calculation of the structure under the action of frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes, the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken. The calculation results show that the structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance targets.
