雙矩形組合平面高層建筑塔樓方案比選和抗震設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]東莞環(huán)球財(cái)富大廈項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)高度160.5m,建筑平面為雙矩形組合,相應(yīng)的塔樓可選擇分縫的雙塔方案和不分縫的單塔方案,結(jié)構(gòu)可采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒體系。項(xiàng)目同時(shí)存在高度超限、組合平面、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、弱連接樓蓋和外圍框架梁不封閉等結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)則項(xiàng)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),對(duì)分縫的雙塔方案和不分縫的單塔方案進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。分析結(jié)果表明,不分縫的單塔方案在控制結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則性、減小剪力墻拉應(yīng)力以及滿足建筑使用功能等方面優(yōu)于分縫的雙塔方案。項(xiàng)目最終選擇不分縫的單塔方案,采用的是鋼筋混凝土框架雙核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在常規(guī)荷載作用下的反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)不分縫的單塔方案中弱連接樓蓋和外框架梁不封閉對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了論證。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo),在分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)特征提出了針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施。

Tower scheme comparison and seismic design of a high-rise building with double rectangular combined plane

Abstract:Dong Guan World Fortune Plaza project is a high-rise building of 160.5m high with double rectangular combined plane. Accordingly, there are two alternative tower schemes: two towers with seismic joints and a single tower without seismic joints. The tower structure can adopt reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. There are irregularities in the project such as out-of-code height limit, combined plane, reverse irregularities, weakly-connected floor slab and discontinuous outer-frame girders. In the structural design, two tower schemes of two towers with seismic joints and a single tower without seismic joints were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the single tower scheme without joints is superior to the other scheme in controlling structural torsional irregularity, reducing the tensile stress of shear wall and meeting the building function. Finally, the scheme of single tower scheme without joints was selected, and the reinforced concrete frame double corewall structural system was adopted. The performance-based seismic design method was used to analyze the response of the structure under the action of conventional loads. The influences of the weakly-connected floor and discontinuous outer-frame girders on the structure of the scheme of the single tower without joints were demonstrated. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the set performance targets. Based on the analysis, targeted strengthening measures were proposed combined with the structural characteristics.
