[摘要]湖南旺旺醫(yī)院醫(yī)療大樓擴(kuò)建工程基坑面積約10 000m2,基坑開挖深度32.10m,工程地處高水位中風(fēng)化巖,周邊環(huán)境條件復(fù)雜; 沒有現(xiàn)成的工程經(jīng)驗可以借鑒,采用全逆作法的設(shè)計和施工都遇到了全新的挑戰(zhàn)。工程采用超深基坑全逆作法設(shè)計體系,基坑圍護(hù)體系采用“兩墻合一”的地下連續(xù)墻?;诠こ痰刭|(zhì)條件和現(xiàn)行規(guī)范并借鑒類似工程實踐經(jīng)驗,主要針對超深基坑逆作法“兩墻合一”的地下連續(xù)墻進(jìn)行設(shè)計,包括地下連續(xù)墻的厚度和插入深度、槽段接頭和成槽方法以及防水節(jié)點的設(shè)計。工程實施結(jié)果表明,“兩墻合一”地下連續(xù)墻所采取的設(shè)計方案和一系列針對性的技術(shù)措施是可行的,且能夠滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。

Design research and practice of “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall in super-deep foundation pit on moderately weathered rock

Abstract:The foundation pit area of the expansion project of Hunan Wangwang hospital medical building is about 10 000m2, and the excavation depth of the foundation pit is 32-10m. The project is located in the moderately weathered rock with high water level, and the surrounding environmental conditions are complex. The design and construction of the full reverse method are facing new challenges without available engineering experience. The design system of full reverse method for super-deep foundation pit was adopted for the project, and “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall was used as the foundation pit support system. Based on the engineering geological conditions and specifications of the existing codes, and the experience of similar engineering practice, the underground continuous wall with super deep foundation pit the reverse method of “one wall acted as two” was mainly designed, including the thickness and insertion depth of the underground continuous wall, the joint and forming method of the groove section, and the design of the waterproof joint. The project construction results show that the design scheme and a series of technical measures adopted by the “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall are feasible and can meet the relevant codes.
