[摘要]將玄武巖纖維摻量分別為0%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.30%、尺寸為100mm×100mm×100mm的混凝土試塊置于硫酸鈉溶液中,研究硫酸鈉侵蝕下玄武巖纖維摻量對(duì)混凝土耐久性的影響規(guī)律,并且每個(gè)月追蹤觀測(cè)裂紋的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r并測(cè)定吸水率的變化; 在第90d時(shí),測(cè)定硫酸根離子的分布情況,并對(duì)混凝土試塊進(jìn)行抗壓試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:適量摻入玄武巖纖維對(duì)混凝土的早期抗裂性能有明顯的改善,使硫酸根離子的滲透量降低,在一定程度上提高了混凝土在硫酸鈉溶液中的耐久性,玄武巖纖維摻量過量則會(huì)降低混凝土耐腐蝕性和抗壓強(qiáng)度,試驗(yàn)表明,玄武巖纖維摻量為0.1%的混凝土試塊的耐腐蝕性能和抗壓強(qiáng)度最好。

Experimental study on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of basalt fiber concrete in sodium sulfate environment

Abstract:The concrete blocks with size of 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 mm with 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% of basalt fiber contents respectively were placed in sodium sulfate solution to study the influence of basalt fiber content on the durability of concrete under sodium sulfate corrosion, and the development of cracks was observed every month and the change of water absorption rate was measured. At the 90th day, the distribution of sulfate ion was measured, and the compressive test was carried out on the concrete block. The results show that: the appropriate amount of basalt fiber can significantly improve the early crack resistance of concrete, reduce the penetration of sulfate ion, and improve the durability of concrete in sodium sulfate solution to a certain extent. If the content of basalt fiber is excessive, the corrosion resistance and compressive strength of concrete will be reduced. The test results show that the concrete block with 0.1% basalt fiber has the best corrosion resistance and compressive strength.
