基于實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)的鋼筋混凝土梁疲勞損傷評(píng)估特征指標(biāo)研究*

[摘要]為對(duì)服役鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行疲勞安全狀況評(píng)估,進(jìn)行了基于實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)的疲勞損傷評(píng)估特征指標(biāo)研究。通過“AIT”運(yùn)算與“傅里葉轉(zhuǎn)換”實(shí)現(xiàn)真實(shí)響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)的提取與驗(yàn)證及應(yīng)力峰值統(tǒng)計(jì)等一系列推導(dǎo),提出了鋼筋混凝土梁實(shí)時(shí)有效疲勞應(yīng)力、實(shí)時(shí)疲勞殘余應(yīng)變及實(shí)時(shí)疲勞剩余剛度的計(jì)算表達(dá)式。將實(shí)時(shí)有效疲勞應(yīng)力、實(shí)時(shí)疲勞殘余應(yīng)變、實(shí)時(shí)疲勞剩余剛度作為鋼筋混凝土梁疲勞安全評(píng)估的特征指標(biāo),規(guī)定三者同時(shí)分別小于各自極限值時(shí),認(rèn)為結(jié)構(gòu)處于安全狀態(tài),反之,結(jié)構(gòu)處于疲勞危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)。最后,歸納了鋼筋混凝土梁疲勞損傷評(píng)估特征指標(biāo)應(yīng)用流程,并結(jié)合實(shí)際算例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證分析。

Research on fatigue damage evaluation characteristic index of reinforced concrete beams based on real-time strain monitoring

Abstract:In order to evaluate the fatigue safety status of reinforced concrete beams in service, the study on the characteristic indexes of fatigue damage evaluation based on strain monitoring was carried out. The calculation expressions of real-time effective fatigue stress, real-time fatigue residual strain and real-time fatigue residual stiffness of reinforced concrete beams were proposed by a series of derivations such as the “AIT“calculation and “Fourier transformation” to achieve the extraction and verification of real response data and stress peak statistics. Real-time effective fatigue stress, real-time fatigue residual strain and real-time fatigue residual stiffness were taken as the characteristic index of fatigue safety evaluation of reinforced concrete beams. It is stipulated that the structure is considered to be in a safe state when the three indexes are less than their respective limit values at the same time, on the contrary,the structure is in a fatigue dangerous state. Finally, the application process of the evaluation characteristic index was summarized and verified by practical examples
