[摘要]遠洋麗澤E05,E06地塊超高層建筑,地處北京豐臺麗澤金融商務(wù)區(qū),北側(cè)緊鄰麗澤路E01地塊,東、北、西三側(cè)緊鄰麗澤商務(wù)區(qū)地下交通環(huán)廊; E05地塊主塔樓建筑高度173.7m,E06地塊主塔樓建筑高度191.66m,兩個主塔樓之間設(shè)置裙房及純地下室,地下室4層。本地塊基礎(chǔ)持力層為厚層密實第四紀卵礫石沉積巖,下臥層為“似巖非巖,似土非土”的第三紀軟巖。麗澤商務(wù)區(qū)類似超高層建筑大多采用樁基礎(chǔ)方案。基于地基承載力驗證與計算、分層總和法及數(shù)值計算的沉降變形的綜合分析以及類似超高層地基選型案例經(jīng)驗,遠洋麗澤E05,E06地塊在地基基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平的基礎(chǔ)上采用天然地基基礎(chǔ)方案。通過分析沉降變形實測數(shù)據(jù),證明了遠洋麗澤E05,E06地塊采用天然地基基礎(chǔ)方案是合理可靠的,為麗澤商務(wù)區(qū)未來超高層建筑采用天然地基基礎(chǔ)提供了有據(jù)可依的經(jīng)驗。

Analysis of super-rise building′s natural foundation scheme in Yuanyang Lize Project

Abstract:The high-rise buildings of Yuanyang Lize E05 and E06 plots are located in the Lize Business District of Fengtai District, Beijing. The north side is adjacent to the E01 plot of Lize Road, and the east, north and west sides are adjacent to the underground ring corridor of Lize Business District. The building height of the main tower building of E05 plot is 173.7m, and the building height of the main tower building of E06 plot is 191.66m, and there are podiums and four floors of basements between the two main towers. The supporting layer of this plot is a thick layer of dense Quaternary gravel sedimentary rocks, and the underlying layer is a Tertiary soft rock of “rock-like and non-rock, soil-like and non-soil”. Most of the super high-rise buildings in Lize Business District adopt the pile foundation scheme. Yuanyang Lize E05 and E06 plots adopt natural foundation scheme on the basis of foundation variable stiffness leveling based on the comprehensive analysis of foundation bearing capacity verification and calculation, layered summation method and numerical calculation settlement deformation, and similar super high-rise foundation selection case experience. Through the analysis of the measured data of settlement and deformation, it is proved that the scheme of natural foundation adopted in plot E05 and E06 of Yuanyang Lize is reasonable and reliable. It provides the experience for the future super high-rise buildings in Lize Business District to adopt natural foundation.
