[摘要]北京城市副中心綠心劇院項(xiàng)目由歌劇院、戲劇院及音樂廳三個(gè)單體建筑組成??臻g鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋豎向構(gòu)件通過外圍設(shè)置柱距為16.8 m的鋼柱,內(nèi)部利用主體墻體設(shè)置V形撐支撐屋蓋; 水平構(gòu)件采用斜交單層網(wǎng)殼以適應(yīng)曲面建筑造型。通過對(duì)屋面精確找形獲取正確結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型,以及對(duì)桿件放樣采取適當(dāng)措施,以保證施工順利進(jìn)行并且達(dá)到建筑預(yù)期效果?;阡摻Y(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋特殊曲面形態(tài)并考慮基本計(jì)算假定,結(jié)合風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行可靠性校核,對(duì)各彈性工況下斜交單層網(wǎng)殼進(jìn)行承載力以及變形分析。在彈性設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步采用Riks弧長法并考慮幾何和材料非線性以及初始幾何缺陷分布模態(tài)對(duì)斜交單層網(wǎng)殼穩(wěn)定性的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:斜交單層網(wǎng)殼在各彈性工況下承載力、變形的驗(yàn)算結(jié)果均滿足規(guī)范要求?;赗iks弧長法考慮材料和幾何非線性的彈塑性極限承載力較高、結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性較好。

Design of steel structure roof of Green Heart Theatre in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center WU Hao, JANG Yang, GENG Haixia, YANG Yong,

Abstract: Green Heart Theatre project of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center is composed of three single buildings: an opera house, a drama theatre and a concert hall. The steel structure roof were set up with 16.8 m steel columns on the periphery, and the main wall used V-shaped braces on the inside to support the roof. The horizontal members use diagonally intersecting oblique single-layer latticed shell to accommodate curved building shapes. Through the accurate form finding of the roof, the correct structural analysis model was obtained, and appropriate measures were taken for the lofting principle of members, so as to ensure the smooth construction and achieve the expected effect of the building. Based on the special curved surface shape of steel structure roof and considering the basic calculation assumption, the reliability check was carried out combined with wind tunnel test, the bearing capacity and deformation of oblique single-layer lattied shell under each elastic condition were analyzed. On the basis of elastic design, the Riks arc length method was further used to consider the effects of geometric and material nonlinearity and initial geometric imperfection distribution modes on the stability of oblique single-layer latticed shell. The calculation results show that the checking results of bearing capacity and deformation of oblique single-layer latticed shell under various elastic conditions meet the requirements of the code. Based on the Riks arc length method, considering the material and geometric nonlinearity, the elastoplastic ultimate bearing capacity is higher and the overall stability of the structure is better.
