［摘要］成都建工預(yù)筑科技研發(fā)中心采用裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)，裝配率93%。結(jié)合十三五國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃研究成果，以項(xiàng)目為例闡述了框架梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、密拼空心疊合板、雙T板、外墻掛板節(jié)點(diǎn)等設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)，為同類項(xiàng)目提供參考和借鑒。其中梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)采取了一系列的措施，在滿足承載力前提下，充分考慮節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)鋼筋布置方式，方便預(yù)制構(gòu)件制作和安裝；  密拼空心疊合板和雙T板的應(yīng)用，避免了后澆帶整體式接縫的鋼筋桁架疊合板制作安裝困難、支撐多、造價(jià)高等缺點(diǎn)；  外掛墻板節(jié)點(diǎn)不僅能滿足承載力要求，而且能適應(yīng)主體結(jié)構(gòu)變形，安裝方便。

Abstract:Chengdu Construction Engineering Pre-built Technology R&D Center adopts an integrated frame structure system, the assembly rate is 93%. Combined with the research results of 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan, the project was used as an example to illustrate the design details of frame beam-column joints, hollow close\|fitting composite slabs, double T slabs and external panel joints, providing reference for similar projects. Among them, a series of measures have been adopted for the beam-column joints. Under the premise of satisfying the bearing capacity, the arrangement of steel bars in the joint area is fully considered to facilitate the production and installation of prefabricated components; the application of hollow close-fitting composite slab and double T slab avoids post-casting belts Integral joint reinforced truss composite panels have disadvantages such as difficult production and installation, multiple supports, and high cost; external panel joints can not only meet the requirements of bearing capacity, but also adapt to the deformation of the main structure and are easy to install.
