[摘要]ICON·云端塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度185.10m,塔樓平面呈L形,為平面不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu),且立面在L形兩端逐漸收進(jìn)。門廳為27m的5層通高柱。建筑在西北角4層、11層及30層立面上存在斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換問(wèn)題。根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目的不規(guī)則性,除常規(guī)抗震性能分析外,還進(jìn)行了以下專項(xiàng)分析:地基處理問(wèn)題、27m通高柱穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題、4層斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換問(wèn)題、L形兩端立面收進(jìn)問(wèn)題、31層筒體收進(jìn)問(wèn)題、31層轉(zhuǎn)換柱問(wèn)題。以上專項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)及有限元分析結(jié)果表明:通高柱穩(wěn)定承載力對(duì)初始偏心較為敏感,施工時(shí)控制初始偏心能有效提高通高柱的穩(wěn)定承載力; 轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件對(duì)局部薄弱部位進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)可使結(jié)構(gòu)延性得到提高; 立面收進(jìn)造成的局部轉(zhuǎn)換問(wèn)題可設(shè)計(jì)為搖擺柱將應(yīng)力釋放,可有效控制構(gòu)件截面大小。

Structural design and research of ICON Tower

Abstract:The structure of ICON Tower is 185.10 meters high. The tower has an L-shaped plan with irregular planes. The facade is gradually retracted at both ends of the L-shaped. The entrance hall has 27-meter five-story high columns. There are transitional column problems both on the fourth, eleventh and thirtieth floor in the northwest corner of the building. According to the irregularity of this project, in addition to the seismic performance analysis, the following special analysis was carried out: the foundation treatment problem, the stability problem of the 27-meter through-high column, the transfer problem of inclined column of the fourth-story, the facade retracting problem of the two end of the L-shaped, the core tube retracted problem at the 31st-story, and the 31st-story transitional column problem. Based on the results of above special experiments and finite element analysis results show that: the stability of the through-height column is more sensitive to initial eccentricity, controlling the initial eccentricity during construction can effectively increase the stability of the through-height column; strengthening the weak parts of the transfer member can make the structure ductile increased; the transfer problem caused by the fa-ade retracting can be designed as a sway column to release the stress, which can effectively control the size of the component section.
