某345m超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換柱設(shè)計研究

[摘要]介紹了某建筑高度約345m的超高層建筑外立面收進結(jié)構(gòu)的實現(xiàn)方法。對于三種實現(xiàn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)換柱(斜柱、楔形柱、矩形搭接柱)及轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)樓面梁和剪力墻的受力進行了比較分析,重點介紹了轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)構(gòu)件的傳力路徑、應(yīng)力、變形、損傷等力學(xué)特征,并考察了不同形式轉(zhuǎn)換柱對結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)局部樓層剛度的變化對整體結(jié)構(gòu)影響不大,但轉(zhuǎn)換柱截面尺寸對層間受剪承載力的影響較大,同時會導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)框架承擔(dān)的剪力比例高于普通樓層。最后針對轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)核心筒墻體在重力和地震荷載作用下在水平方向均存在較大拉力的情況,采取了特別的結(jié)構(gòu)加強措施以抵消對核心筒墻體受力的不利影響。

Design and research on transfer column of a 345m super high-rise building structure

Abstract:The realization methods of the structural setbacks in elevation of a 345m super high-rise building were introduced. The forces of components in three realization methods were analyzed and compared, including transfer columns (inclined columns, wedge-shaped columns and rectangular overlap columns) and the floor beams and shear walls of the transfer areas. The mechanical characteristics of the force transmission path, stress, deformation, and damage of the components in the transfer area were introduced emphatically, and the influence of different types of transfer columns on the overall performance of the structure were investigated. The analysis results show that the change of local floor stiffness in the transfer area has little effect on the overall structure, but the cross-sectional size of the transfer column has a greater impact on the shear bearing capacity between floors, and at the same time it will cause the frame of the transfer area to bear a higher proportion of shear force than ordinary floors. Finally, in view of the large tensile force in the horizontal direction of the corewall in the transfer area under the action of gravity and seismic load, special structural strengthening measures were taken to offset the adverse effects on the corewall.
