成都天府國際機場指廊鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]成都天府國際機場A區(qū)指廊屋蓋平面尺寸約404m×112m,橫斷面呈雙坡形,支承于兩列外傾鋼管混凝土斜柱上。屋蓋采用四角錐焊接空心球網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),為增加中部天窗帶的通透性,同時減小豎向荷載作用下斜柱柱底彎矩以利于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計,在屋蓋跨中位置用鋼拉桿局部替換下弦桿,并通過施加預(yù)應(yīng)力減小對斜柱推力,形成局部張弦網(wǎng)架體系。進(jìn)行了局部張弦網(wǎng)架的靜動力分析、罕遇地震下的彈塑性時程分析、多點激勵與一致激勵的對比分析以及考慮局部斷索的動力時程防連續(xù)倒塌分析;  結(jié)果表明,該指廊鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、抗震性能優(yōu)良、防連續(xù)倒塌能力強,整體安全可靠。

Steel structural design of airside concourses of Tianfu International Airport

Abstract:The plan size of the roof above the airside concourse of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport in A Area is 404m×112m. The roof with a double slope cross-section is supported on two rows of outwardly inclined concrete-filled steel tube (CFT) columns. In order to obtain better lighting in the middle skylight area and reduce the bending moment at the bottom of the inclined column under vertical load in favor of foundation design, the roof cover adopts a four corner cone welded hollow spherical net frame structure, replace the lower chord rod with steel tie rod in the middle of the roof cover span and reduce the thrust force on the inclined column by applying pre-stress to form a partially tensioned chord net frame system. Multiple numerical analyses were performed on the partial stringed system, including the static and dynamic analysis, elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes, a comparative study on the multi-support excitation, and dynamic anti-progressive collapse simulation considering the rod failure. Results show that the roof system has excellent seismic performance and an anti-progressive collapse capacity. It is concluded that the design is reasonable and the structural system has enough safety margin.
