[摘要]針對銅仁奧體中心體育場橢圓形車輻式張拉索膜罩棚結(jié)構(gòu),對其結(jié)構(gòu)體型、雪荷載分布、整體穩(wěn)定性、抗倒塌性能、索夾抗滑移承載力進行了專項研究。研究結(jié)果表明:車輻式索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)環(huán)與外環(huán)平面投影形狀相似,徑向索沿環(huán)索法向布置為力學狀態(tài)最優(yōu)方式,可使屋蓋整體結(jié)構(gòu)為重力作用下自平衡體系; 外環(huán)采用冗余度較高的水平桁架可顯著減小徑向索破斷后內(nèi)環(huán)形狀突變對外環(huán)受力的影響; 利用風致積雪試驗確定雪荷載分布; 根據(jù)極限承載力分析,驗證了增加內(nèi)環(huán)交叉拉索可顯著提高結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性; 通過抗倒塌分析,保證了整體結(jié)構(gòu)在偶然斷索狀況下的安全性; 最后,通過試驗確定了環(huán)索索夾抗滑移承載力。

Design and research on spoke tensioned cable membrane canopy structure of Tongren Olympic Sports Center Stadium

Abstract:The special researches were conducted on the structural shape, distribution of snow load, overall stability, anti-collapse performance and anti-sliding bearing capacity of cable clamp of the oval spoke tensioned cable membrane canopy structure of Tongren Olympic Sports Center Stadium. The research results show that the plane projection shape of the inner ring bearing and the outer ring of the spoke tensioned cable net structure are similar, and the arrangement of radial cables along the normal direction of the ring cable is the optimal mode of mechanical state, which can make the overall structure of the roof self-balance system under the action of gravity. Using the horizontal truss with higher redundancy of the outer ring can significantly reduce the influence of the sudden change of the shape of the inner ring on the stress of the outer ring after the radial cable is broken. The distribution of snow load is determined by wind-induced snow cover test. According to the analysis of ultimate bearing capacity, it is verified that the increase of inner ring cross stay cable can significantly improve the overall stability of the structure. The collapse resistance analysis ensures the safety of the whole structure under the condition of accidental cable break. Finally, the anti-sliding bearing capacity of cable clamp is determined by experiments.
