[摘要]臨沂奧體中心體育場(chǎng)罩棚采用車(chē)輻式單層索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),上覆PTFE膜。對(duì)其外環(huán)受壓桁架方案、索網(wǎng)大變形情況下附屬結(jié)構(gòu)及其與索網(wǎng)連接安全性、屋面排水方案等進(jìn)行了專(zhuān)項(xiàng)研究。研究結(jié)果及采取相應(yīng)措施如下:變寬度的外環(huán)受壓桁架可減小索網(wǎng)尺寸、縮小內(nèi)外環(huán)形狀差異,改善外環(huán)受壓桁架自身及斜柱受力; 荷載作用下單層索網(wǎng)變形較大,豎向位移超過(guò)規(guī)范限值,為此從《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 50017—2017)限制結(jié)構(gòu)變形的本意出發(fā),通過(guò)一定構(gòu)造措施保證了附屬結(jié)構(gòu)及其連接能適應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)大變形。最后,針對(duì)馬鞍形屋面特點(diǎn),采用場(chǎng)內(nèi)場(chǎng)外排水相結(jié)合,局部設(shè)置附加排水口等措施,保證屋面排水順暢。

Design on spoke tensioned canopy structure with single layer cable and membrane of Linyi Olympic Sports Center Stadium

Abstract:The canopy of Linyi Olympic Sports Center Stadium adopts spoke tensioned structure with single layer cable and membrane covered with PTFE membrane. Special studies were carried out on the outer ring compression truss scheme, attached structure and its connection safety with cable network under the condition of large deformation of cable network, roof drainage scheme and so on. The research results and corresponding measures are as follows: outer ring compression truss with multiple widths can reduce the size of cable network, reduce the difference of the shape of inner and outer rings, and improve the stress of outer ring compression trusses and inclined columns; the single-layer cable network deforms greatly under the action of load, and the vertical displacement exceeds the limit value of the specification. Therefore, based on the original intention of Standard for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2017) to limit the deformation of the structure, certain structural measures are taken to ensure that the auxiliary structure and its connections can adapt to the large deformation of the structure. Finally, according to the characteristics of saddle-shaped roofing, measures were adopted such as combining drainage from inside and outside and setting additional drainage outlets locally to ensure smooth roof drainage.
