基于BIM的三維激光掃描技術(shù)在復雜山地基礎協(xié)同設計中的應用

[摘要]以山東淄博潭溪山人行橋項目為背景,采用三維激光掃描技術(shù)對山體地貌進行精細化掃描,通過點云拼接、去噪,得到準確的山體地貌三維模型; 結(jié)合橋墩基礎平面及豎向布置要求,進行三維協(xié)同設計。根據(jù)基礎遠離巖壁及減少山體巖體挖填方的原則,對基礎布置進行優(yōu)化分析,選擇合適的橋墩位置;然后采用ANSYS軟件進行整體有限元分析,為橋墩基礎受力及巖體穩(wěn)定性分析提供參考。本工程采取的三維協(xié)同設計技術(shù)措施可為類似復雜山體工程提供借鑒。

Application of BIM-based 3D laser scanning technology in complex mountainous foundation design

Abstract:Taking the Tanxi mountain peolestrain bridge project in Zibo, Shandong Province as the background, 3D laser scanning technology was used to finely scan the mountain landform, and an accurate 3D model of the mountain landform was obtained through point cloud splicing and denoising. Combined with the requirements of the pier foundation plane and vertical layouts, 3D collaborative design was conducted, and the analysis was optimized according to the mountain rock mass. The appropriate bridge position was selected. Then the ANSYS software was used to perform the overall finite element analysis to provide references for the analysis of the pier foundation force and rock stability. The technical measures of 3D collaborative design adopted in this project could provide reference for similar complex mountain engineering.
