[摘要]國家會展中心(上海)配套的能源中心立面改造工程,是首屆中國進口博覽會提升工程的一部分,其兩座蓄水罐外側(cè)需設(shè)置幕墻,因此需要設(shè)置為幕墻立面提供的支承結(jié)構(gòu)。提出定量評價支承結(jié)構(gòu)空間作用的兩個指標:基于傾覆力矩和基于頂點位移的空間作用指標。經(jīng)方案比選分析,采用支撐棋盤式布置的鋼框架支撐結(jié)構(gòu)能較好地發(fā)揮空間作用。此外,對幕墻支承結(jié)構(gòu)的后置基礎(chǔ)方案,提出一種解決新老基礎(chǔ)抗傾覆作用的抱箍節(jié)點。經(jīng)有限元分析論證,新老基礎(chǔ)共同工作受力合理,避免了大范圍基礎(chǔ)施工對周邊環(huán)境的影響。

Design of curtain wall supporting structure for large water storage tank

Abstract:The facade reconstruction project of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)supporting energy center was a part of the promotion projects of the first China International Import Expo. Curtain walls were required outside the two water storage tanks, so it was necessary to provide the supporting structure for the fa-ade of the curtain wall. Two indexes were proposed to quantitatively evaluate the spatial action of the supporting structure: spatial action index based on overturning moment and top displacement. Through comparison and analysis of schemes, the braced steel frame structure could play a better spatial role. In addition, in order to make the new foundation scheme of the supporting structure realize, a hoop joint was proposed to solve the anti-overturning effect between new and old foundation. Through the finite element analysis, it was proved that the new and old foundation worked together well and the stress was reasonable, which avoided the influence of large-scale foundation construction on the surrounding environment.
