［摘要］蘇地2014-G-70號地塊超高層塔樓高度419.7m，由于其獨特的對稱幾何“鉆石”造型，采用平面和豎向雙混合的結(jié)構(gòu)體系，即低區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)體系為巨柱+鋼筋混凝土核心筒，高區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)體系為巨柱+鋼框架-支撐體系。對本工程主要的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計特點進(jìn)行了闡述，介紹了其抗震超限設(shè)計的主要措施；設(shè)計中對加強(qiáng)層數(shù)量和位置進(jìn)行研究,優(yōu)化了結(jié)構(gòu)方案；對外框斜柱變斜率處節(jié)點進(jìn)行有限元分析，保證了關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的安全；通過整體彈性屈曲分析和大震彈塑性穩(wěn)定分析來保證外框巨柱的整體穩(wěn)定。結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural analysis and design of a super high-rise tower in Suzhou

Abstract:The height of the super high-rise tower in Sudi Block 2014-G-70 is 419.7m. Due to its unique symmetrical geometric “diamond” shape, the super high-rise tower adopts double-mixed structural system of plane and vertical, that is, the structural system in the low areas is giant columns +reinforced concrete core tube, and the structural system in the high areas is giant column+ steel frame-support system. The main structural design features of the project were described, and the main measures of its seismic overrun design were introduced. In the design, the number and location of strengthening layers were studied to optimize the structural scheme. The finite element analysis of the node at the slope changing position of the outer frame inclined column was carried out to ensure the safety of the key components, and the overall stability of the outer frame giant column was ensured by the overall elastic buckling analysis and the elastic-plastic stability analysis of large earthquakes. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the anticipated seismic performance target.
