[摘要]基于氣象站的觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),推導(dǎo)得到某1.25MW風(fēng)機(jī)位置處的風(fēng)速風(fēng)向聯(lián)合分布函數(shù),對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)塔筒結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)致響應(yīng)和疲勞壽命進(jìn)行計(jì)算,將計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,系統(tǒng)研究了風(fēng)速風(fēng)向?qū)︼L(fēng)機(jī)塔筒結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)和疲勞壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明:風(fēng)向?qū)橈L(fēng)向和橫風(fēng)向位移響應(yīng)的影響規(guī)律不一致,且風(fēng)向?qū)λ步Y(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞累積損傷影響較大,在風(fēng)向出現(xiàn)概率較大的區(qū)間產(chǎn)生的疲勞累積損傷較大。與考慮風(fēng)向角下得到的疲勞壽命相比,不考慮風(fēng)向角影響的疲勞壽命偏小。為了兼顧風(fēng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性要求,需考慮風(fēng)向?qū)︼L(fēng)機(jī)塔筒結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞壽命的影響。

Influence of wind speed and wind direction on the dynamic response and fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structures

Abstract:Based on the observation datum of the weather station, the joint distribution function of wind speed and wind direction at the site of a 1.25MW wind turbine was derived, and the wind-induced response and fatigue life of the wind turbine tower-silo structure were calculated. The calculated results were compared with the actual measured results, and influence of wind speed and wind direction on the dynamic response and fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structure was systematically studied. The results indicate that the influence of wind direction on the displacement response of along-wind direction and cross-wind direction is inconsistent, wind direction has great influence on fatigue cumulative damage, and the greater fatigue cumulative damage occurs in the interval where the larger probability of wind direction appears. Compared with the fatigue life obtained by considering wind direction, the fatigue life without considering the influence of wind direction is smaller. In order to consider the reliability and economic requirements of wind turbine structural design, it is necessary to consider the influence of wind direction on the fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structures.
