[摘要]為探討地連墻施工環(huán)境效應(yīng)問(wèn)題,在寧波軌道交通4號(hào)線盾構(gòu)工作井地連墻施工期間進(jìn)行跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè),分析了地連墻施工全過(guò)程中土體水平位移、地表及周邊建筑豎向位移的變化規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)地連墻墻幅灌注混凝土后的槽壁邊界條件,提出了計(jì)算地連墻混凝土灌注引起土體位移的簡(jiǎn)化邊界元法,通過(guò)計(jì)算與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了方法的合理性,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的參數(shù)分析作為對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的補(bǔ)充。結(jié)果表明:地連墻施工環(huán)境效應(yīng)由槽壁受荷狀態(tài)改變引起,其影響程度與施工工藝、地質(zhì)條件及開(kāi)槽尺寸等因素有關(guān)。

Research on environmental effects of diaphragm wall construction and prediction methods

Abstract:A tracing monitoring during the construction period of diaphragm wall of the shield work shaft for Ningbo rail transit line 4 was carried out to investigate the environmental effect of diaphragm wall construction, and the change law of horizontal displacement of soil, vertical displacements of ground surface and surrounding building was analyzed in the whole process for diaphragm wall construction. On this basis, a simplified boundary element method was presented to calculate the soil displacement caused by pouring concrete according to the boundary condition of slurry wall after concreting, and the calculation result was compared with the measured result to verify the reasonability of the method, and corresponding parameter analysis was carried out as a supplement to the measured result. The results show that the environmental effect of diaphragm wall construction is caused by the change of the load state of the trench wall, and its degree is related to the construction technology, geological conditions and slotting dimension.
