[摘要]建筑垃圾雜填土地基與一般場地存在較大差別。因其成分多樣、顆粒不均、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,處理難度大。國內(nèi)外可借鑒的案例相對較少。針對閩北地區(qū)某建筑垃圾雜填土地基加固工程,在地質(zhì)資料分析和處理方案比選的基礎(chǔ)上,選用高壓旋噴樁復(fù)合地基方案,確定了設(shè)計參數(shù)、施工工藝及控制標(biāo)準后設(shè)計試樁,并進行單樁和復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,處理后的地基承載力達到了設(shè)計要求。該加固實例表明,將高壓旋噴樁用于建筑垃圾雜填土地基處理,具有加固效果均勻、費用較低、施工工藝簡單、工期較短等優(yōu)點,可供其他雜填土地基處理工程借鑒。

Reinforcement case of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile for thick construction waste miscellaneous fill foundation

Abstract:There are great differences between construction waste miscellaneous fill foundation and the general site. For its diverse composition, uneven particles and complicated structure, the difficulty of treatment is great. There is relatively few cases that can be used for reference at home and abroad. Aiming at a construction waste miscellaneous fill foundation reinforcement project in the northern of Fujian province, based on the analysis of geological data and comparison of treatment schemes, high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile composite foundation scheme was selected, the design parameters, construction process and control standards were determined to design trial pile, and static load test of single pile and composite foundation were carried out. The test results indicate the bearing capacity of the treated foundation meets the design requirements. This reinforcement case shows that the use of high-pressure jet grouting pile for construction wastes miscellaneous fill foundation treatment has the advantages of uniform reinforcement effect, low cost, simple construction process and short construction period, which can be used as reference for other miscellaneous fill foundation treatment projects.
