[摘要]為了研究溫變對大直徑圓鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件截面溫度場分布的影響,分別在室外環(huán)境和人工氣候模擬試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行了溫變試驗(yàn),測得不同溫變條件下鋼管混凝土試件和素混凝土對照試件的溫度場。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:鋼管混凝土試件和素混凝土對照試件溫度場變化規(guī)律基本一致,無日照作用時(shí)截面溫度場呈均勻分布,日照作用下截面溫度場呈非均勻分布。兩種環(huán)境下,試件截面溫度場均呈現(xiàn)出從外往內(nèi)越靠近圓心, 溫度變化越滯后的現(xiàn)象,而且試件截面最大溫差主要取決于太陽輻射和氣溫變化幅度。

Experimental research on the temperature field distribution of large diameter circular CFST section

Abstract:In order to study the influence of temperature change on the temperature field distribution of large diameter circular concrete filled steel tube (CFST) section, the temperature change test was carried out under the outdoor environment and artificial climate simulated test box, the temperature field of the CFST specimen and the plain concrete control specimen under different temperature change conditions were measured. The test results show that: the change law of the temperature field of the CFST specimen and the plain concrete control specimen is basically the same. The temperature field of the cross section is uniformly distributed without the action of sunshine and the temperature field of the cross section is nonuniform under the sunlight. In both environments, the temperature field of the cross section of the specimen shows a phenomenon that the closer to the center of the circle from the outside to the inside, the more lagging the temperature change is. The maximum temperature difference of the specimen cross section mainly depends on the solar radiation and the range of temperature change.
