武漢夢時(shí)代廣場室內(nèi)樂園主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]武漢夢時(shí)代廣場室內(nèi)樂園為包含了急速過山車、旋轉(zhuǎn)木馬等大型游樂設(shè)備的超限項(xiàng)目,主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,基礎(chǔ)采用平板式(帶柱墩)筏板基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、局部不規(guī)則、多重復(fù)雜等超限項(xiàng); 介紹了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)原則,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行罕遇地震動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析; 闡述了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵問題,如加強(qiáng)層剛度突變問題、大洞口樓板應(yīng)力問題、大跨度鋼-混凝土組合桁架設(shè)計(jì)、舒適度分析、躍層柱屈曲穩(wěn)定分析。對(duì)加強(qiáng)層短柱及矮墻采取了加強(qiáng)措施,增強(qiáng)其在罕遇地震下的變形能力; 對(duì)大洞口周邊樓板進(jìn)行了有限元分析,根據(jù)罕遇地震下的樓板應(yīng)力進(jìn)行加強(qiáng); 對(duì)躍層柱進(jìn)行了線性屈曲分析、考慮罕遇地震作用的柱自身穩(wěn)定承載力分析以及考慮幾何初始缺陷的非線性分析,以保證躍層柱的穩(wěn)定承載能力。

Main structural design of Wuhan Dream Plaza Indoor Amusement Park

Abstract:Wuhan Dream Plaza Indoor Amusement Park is an out-of-code project including large-scale amusement equipment such as rapid roller coasters and merry-go-rounds. The main structure adopts frame-shear wall structure system, and the basic  adopts a flat plate (with pillar pier) raft foundation. The structure has out-of-limit items such as torsion irregularities, discontinuous floor slabs, partial irregularities and multiple complexities. The design principles of seismic performance were introduced, and dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out. The key issues in the structural design were explained, such as the sudden change of the stiffness of the stiffener, the stress of the large opening floor, the design of the long-span steel-concrete composite truss, the comfort analysis and the buckling stability analysis of the jumper column. The reinforcement measures were taken for the reinforced short columns and low walls to enhance their deformation ability under rare earthquake. The finite element analysis of large opening floor slab was carried out, and the floor slab was strengthened according to the floor stress under rare earthquakes. The linear buckling analysis, the analysis of the stable bearing capacity of the column itself considering the effects of rare earthquakes, and the nonlinear analysis considering the geometric initial defects were carried out on the jumper column to ensure its stability bearing capacity.
