[摘要]天水市體育中心由體育場、體育館、游泳館、體育學(xué)校以及連接場館的兩個(gè)室外大平臺(tái)組成。場館的看臺(tái)及下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),屋面呈“飄帶”形空間曲面,將一場兩館的屋蓋連成一個(gè)整體。介紹了該項(xiàng)目中鋼結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)用的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。體育場罩棚采用雙向管桁架鋼結(jié)構(gòu),體育館、游泳館屋蓋采用局部三層網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)。由于結(jié)構(gòu)超長,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋設(shè)置了溫度伸縮縫以及溫度伸縮節(jié)構(gòu)造,有效釋放了溫度應(yīng)力。各場館的計(jì)算分析都基于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)整體拼裝模型。由于項(xiàng)目所在地區(qū)為高烈度區(qū),下部框架結(jié)構(gòu)中采用了屈曲約束支撐,對(duì)屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)也進(jìn)行了小震與中震的抗震性能目標(biāo)分析??紤]到體育場罩棚大型懸挑構(gòu)件抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì),還進(jìn)行了抗連續(xù)倒塌驗(yàn)算,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵支座節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了實(shí)體有限元分析,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)可靠的傳力與約束。通過結(jié)構(gòu)分析,該工程的設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范要求。

Steel structural analysis and design of Tianshui Sports Center

Abstract:Tianshui Sports Center is composed of stadium, gymnasium, natatorium, sports school and two outdoor platforms to connect them. The stand and substructure of the stadium are of reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roof features the ribbon-shaped spatial curved surface, connecting the roofs of stadium, gymnasium and natatorium into a whole. The analysis and design of steel structure application in the project were introduced. The two-way pipe truss steel structure was used for the canopy of stadium, and the local three-layer grid structure was used for the roof of gymnasium and natatorium. Due to the super long structure, the steel roof was equipped with temperature expansion joint and temperature expansion joint structure, which effectively released the temperature stress. The calculation and analysis of each stadium were based on the integral assembly model of steel structure and concrete structure. Because the project was located in a high seismic fortification intensity area, buckling restrained brace was used in the lower frame structure, and the seismic performance target analysis of the roof structure under frequent and fortification earthquakes was also carried out. Considering the wind resistance design of the large cantilever components of the stadium canopy, the progressive collapse resistance checking calculation was carried out, and the solid finite element analysis of the key bearing nodes was carried out to ensure the reliable force transmission and constraint of the structure. Through structural analysis, the design of the project met the requirements of the code.
