[摘要]郴州市國際會展中心主體采用混合框架-中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋采用空間鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。考慮混凝土和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同工作,對其進(jìn)行整體分析。重點介紹了大跨樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的舒適度控制、超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、屋蓋支撐柱的計算長度系數(shù)取值、復(fù)雜節(jié)點的有限元分析及足尺試驗驗證。分析結(jié)果表明,人員密集步行通過和多人跑步穿行兩種激勵工況下樓蓋舒適度能滿足規(guī)范要求; 通過在樓板中配置預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋可抵消溫度作用的影響; 支撐屋蓋的圓鋼管混凝土柱的計算長度系數(shù)在1.3~1.6之間; 節(jié)點有限元分析和足尺試驗對關(guān)鍵節(jié)點設(shè)計非常重要。本工程在確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟的前提下,最大程度地實現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)成就建筑之美。

Key technical problems research on main structural design of Chenzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center

Abstract:The major structure of Chenzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center adopts mixed frame-concentrically braced structure and the roof adopts spatial steel truss structure. With consideration of the synergism of concrete and steel structure, the overall structure analysis was carried out. Comfort control of long-span floor structure,the design of super-long concrete structure,the value of the effective length factor of the roof support column, the finite element analysis of the complex node and the full-scale test verification were introduced. Results show that the human comfort of the floor vibration can meet requirements of the specifications under the two excitation conditions of intensive walking and multi-person running. The influence of temperature can be offset by the configuration of prestressed steel bars in the floor. The effective length factor of concrete filled circular steel tubular column supporting the roof is between 1.3 and 1.6. The finite element analysis of nodes and full-scale test are very important for the design of key nodes. The beauty of architecture is accomplished by structure under the premise of ensuring structural safety, reliability, economy.
