［摘要］《裝配式建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB/T 51129—2017）和廣東省《裝配式建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（DBJ/T 15163—2019）是目前評價(jià)廣東省裝配式建筑等級的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對兩個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評價(jià)項(xiàng)目、計(jì)分方法以及分值比例等評價(jià)要素進(jìn)行對比分析，并采用兩個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分別對三棟裝配式建筑進(jìn)行裝配率計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明：省標(biāo)結(jié)合新型工業(yè)化建筑的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，設(shè)置細(xì)化項(xiàng)和鼓勵項(xiàng)，擴(kuò)大得分比例范圍。按省標(biāo)計(jì)算得出的裝配率高于按國標(biāo)計(jì)算得出的裝配率。對于現(xiàn)階段廣東省的裝配式建筑發(fā)展而言，省標(biāo)發(fā)揮了更強(qiáng)的鼓勵作用。

Comparative analysis of scoring item index of prefabricated building evaluation standards

Abstract:Standard for assessment of prefabricated building (GB/T 51129—2017) and Standard for assessment of prefabricated building (DBJ/T 15163—2019) are the current standards for evaluating prefabricated building grades in Guangdong province. The evaluation elements of the two standards were compared and analyzed, such as evaluation items, scoring methods and score proportion, and the assembly rate of three prefabricated buildings by using the two standards were calculated. The results show that the provincial standard combines the development characteristics of new industrialized buildings, sets up detailed items and encouraging items, and expands the scale of scores. The assembly rate calculated by provincial standard is higher than that calculated by national standard. For the development of prefabricated building in Guangdong province, the provincial standard has played a more encouraging role.
