［摘要］《上海市裝配式建筑單體預(yù)制率和裝配率計(jì)算細(xì)則》（滬建建材〔2019〕765號）正式發(fā)布，原計(jì)算細(xì)則《關(guān)于本市裝配式建筑單體預(yù)制率和裝配率計(jì)算細(xì)則（試行）的通知》（滬建建材〔2016〕601號）于2020年7月1日廢止。本次修編結(jié)合上海市近年來大量裝配式建筑的工程實(shí)踐，經(jīng)過充分的調(diào)研、試算和討論，并廣泛征求了各方意見，最終形成正式文件。主要對細(xì)則 “一般規(guī)定”、“建筑單體預(yù)制率計(jì)算”、“建筑單體裝配率計(jì)算”三方面的新增內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解讀，以供使用者參考。

New contents interpretation of Detailed rules for calculation of prefabrication rate and assembly rate of single prefabricated buildings in Shanghai City

Abstract:Detailed rules for calculation of prefabrication rate and assembly rate of single prefabricated buildings in Shanghai City(Shanghai Building Energy Conservation and Building Materials〔2019〕 No. 765) was officially released, and the original Detailed rules for calculation of prefabrication rate and assembly rate of single prefabricated buildings in Shanghai City(Shanghai Building Energy Conservation and Building Materials〔2016〕 No. 601) was repealed on July 1, 2020. Combined with the project practice of a large number of prefabricated buildings in Shanghai in recent years, after full investigation, trial calculation, discussion and widely solicited opinions from all parties, this revision finally formed formal detailed rules. It mainly interprets the newly added content in the three aspects of general provisions, prefabrication rate of single prefabricated buildings and assembly rate of single prefabricated buildings assembly rate for users′ reference.
