[摘要]脊瓜柱-脊檁復(fù)合榫卯節(jié)點(diǎn)是一種普遍用于清式大木作建筑中的承重構(gòu)件,對(duì)于建筑物整體的抗震性能有著不可忽視的影響?;谏蜿柟蕦m文溯閣古建筑,以其中的脊瓜柱-脊檁節(jié)點(diǎn)為原型,通過對(duì)一足尺模型的擬靜力試驗(yàn),測(cè)得了對(duì)應(yīng)的彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角滯回曲線,提取了骨架曲線和剛度變化曲線,分析了節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力變形特點(diǎn)和破壞模式,建立了相應(yīng)的恢復(fù)力模型。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞形式為低周反復(fù)荷載作用下榫卯發(fā)生脫離以及墊板的面外偏斜,此時(shí)構(gòu)件的各組成部分并未發(fā)生明顯的彎曲和剪切破壞。最終的結(jié)論可以為文溯閣古建筑的有限元模擬提供必要的理論依據(jù),也可為清式大木作古建筑的保護(hù)和修繕提供參考。

Pseudo-static experimental study on composite mortise-tenon joint composed of king post and ridge purlin of Chinese timber beam frame structure of Qing Dynasty

Abstract:The composite mortise-tenon joint of king post and ridge purlin is a kind of load-bearing member widely used in large-scale timber buildings of Qing Dynasty, which has a significant impact on the seismic performance of the whole building. Based on the ancient building of Wensuge in Shenyang Imperial Palace, the pseudo static test was conducted on a full-scale model of the joint composed of king post and ridge purlin to measure the moment-rotation hysteretic curve, extract the skeleton curve and stiffness change curve, analyze stress deformation characteristics and failure mode of the joint, and establish the corresponding restoring force model. The test results show that the failure modes of the joint are the mortise-tenon separation and the out of plane deflection of the base plate under the action of low cycle cyclic loading, and there is no obvious bending and shear failure for each component of the component. The final conclusion can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the finite element simulation of Wensuge ancient building, and also provide reference for the protection and repair of Qing Dynasty ancient timber buildings.
