[摘要]某超高層辦公樓采用鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性時程分析,按照“初步計(jì)算→確定措施→最后驗(yàn)證”三個步驟,找出結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,考察關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件如鋼框架、核心筒等在大震下的損傷情況,進(jìn)而針對性地選擇了加強(qiáng)措施。對損傷嚴(yán)重的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件通過等效彈性計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行性能設(shè)計(jì),并采用彈塑性分析方法對所采取的設(shè)計(jì)措施進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,確保結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Seismic design of a super high-rise hybrid structure based on dynamic elastoplastic analysis under rare earthquake

Abstract:A super high-rise office building adopts steel frame-reinforced concrete corewall hybrid structural system. Through the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis of the structure under rare earthquake, three steps of "preliminary calculation → determination of measures → final verification" were followed, the weak parts of the structure were found out, and the damage of key components such as steel frame and corewall under rare earthquake was investigated, and then the corresponding strengthening measures were selected. The equivalent elastic calculation method was used for the performance design of the key components with serious damage, and the elastoplastic analysis method was used to verify the adopted design measures, so as to ensure the structure to achieve the predetermined seismic performance targets.
