基于《建筑抗震韌性評價標準》的算例分析*

摘 要

[摘要]建筑抗震韌性評價是地震工程領域的研究熱點,對于引導業(yè)主和設計人員主動加強建筑抵御地震災害的能力有重要意義?;凇督ㄖ拐痦g性評價標準》(GB/T 38591—2020)開發(fā)了配套的建筑抗震韌性評價軟件,并采用該軟件對6棟鋼筋混凝土建筑進行了韌性評價。結果顯示:相對于抗震結構和消能減震建筑,隔震建筑更容易獲得較高的抗震韌性等級;上部結構不進行降度設計的隔震建筑可以達到抗震韌性三星級,采用降度設計的隔震建筑基本可以達到抗震韌性二星級,消能減震建筑和抗震性能較好的抗震建筑可以達到抗震韌性一星級;按照現(xiàn)行抗震設計規(guī)范下限進行設計的抗震建筑不能滿足抗震韌性一星級的要求。對于抗震和消能減震建筑,非結構構件的抗震性能對建筑物抗震韌性的影響顯著。

Case study based on Standard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings

Abstract:Seismic resilience assessment of buildings has become a research hot topic in earthquake engineering community, which has a  great significance to guide owners and designers to actively enhance the aseismic performance of buildings. A seismic resilience assessment software has also been development based on the   Standard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings(GB/T 38591—2020), and the software was used to evaluate the resilience of 6 reinforced concrete buildings. It is found that the base-isolated buildings are much easier to get higher seismic resilience rank compared with conventional seismic resistant buildings and energy dissipation buildings. Energy dissipation buildings that the superstructures designed without considering seismic force reduction effects can achieve three stars seismic resilience. Energy dissipation buildings designed with considering seismic force reduction effects can basically achieve two stars seismic resilience, and energy dissipation and seismic resistant buildings with good seismic performance can achieve one star seismic resilience. Seismic resistant buildings designed according to the lower limit of the current seismic design code cannot meet the requirements of one star seismic resilience. For seismic and energy dissipation buildings, the seismic performance of non-structural components has a significant effect on the seismic resilience of buildings.
