[摘要]錦江文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中心塔樓建筑高度217.8m,主體結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為193.55m,大屋面以上為異形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)塔冠,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屬于超B級(jí)高度且包含樓板不連續(xù)、局部不規(guī)則、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則三項(xiàng)不規(guī)則項(xiàng)的超限高層建筑。介紹了項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選擇,針對(duì)超限情況提出了相應(yīng)的抗震措施,采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了大震動(dòng)力彈塑性分析,對(duì)穿層柱屈曲分析、塔冠鋼結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計(jì)等專題進(jìn)行了探討。分析結(jié)果顯示,穿層柱屈曲分析建議采用結(jié)構(gòu)整體模型,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)較理想,整體設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of Jinjiang Cultural and Creative Industry Center tower

Abstract:The height of Jinjiang Cultural and Creative Industry Center tower is 217.8m, and the total height of main structure is 193.55m. The  special-shaped steel structure tower crown is above the large roof. The strcuture adopts  reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. It belongs to the out-of-code high-rise building with  exceeding B-level height  and includes three irrengular items, such as the floor slab discontinuity, local irregularity and torsion irregularity. The characteristics of the project and the selection of the structural system were introduced, and the corresponding seismic measures were put forward according to the out-of-code situation. The dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the buckling analysis of the cross-story columns and the stability design of the tower crown steel structure were discussed. The analysis results show that the overall structural model is recommended for buckling analysis of the cross-story columns,  performance indexes of the structure are ideal, and the overall design meets the requirements of the code.
