三金潭超限高層住宅結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]三金潭車輛段綜合開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目地處抗震不利地段,A地塊有11棟塔樓和裙房(含商業(yè)、社區(qū)服務(wù)中心及幼兒園),11棟塔樓均采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,且有9棟塔樓為B級(jí)高度,存在高度超限和扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則兩項(xiàng)平面不規(guī)則情況。綜合考慮場(chǎng)地特點(diǎn)、超限程度及分析結(jié)果,設(shè)定住宅塔樓的抗震性能目標(biāo)為D級(jí)。采用YJK,ETABS和PERFORM-3D等軟件對(duì)超高層住宅群進(jìn)行了小震、中震和大震作用下的計(jì)算分析。結(jié)果表明,塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)布置合理,地基處理及加強(qiáng)措施安全可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)整體能滿足設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise residences in SanjinTan

Abstract:The comprehensive development project of SanjinTan depot is located in the section with unfavorable seismic resistance conditions. There are 11 towers and podiums (including commercial, community service center and kindergarten) in plot A. All the 11 towers adopt reinforced concrete shear wall structural system, and 9 towers are  grade B height. There is the out-of-code condition of height and there are two kinds of plane irregularities such as torsion irregularity and concave convex irregularity. Considering the site characteristics, out-of-code degree and analysis results, the seismic performance objective of residential tower was set as grade D. By using YJK, ETABS and PERFORM-3D softwares, the calculation and analysis were conducted on the super high-rise residential complex under the action of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the layout of the tower structure is reasonable, the foundation treatment and strengthening measures are safe and reliable, and the overall structure can meet the set seismic performance objectives.
