[摘要]泡沫鋁填充鋼管柱是一種將多孔金屬材料應(yīng)用到組合結(jié)構(gòu)的嘗試,為了對(duì)其高溫后的壓縮性能及吸能能力進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一批圓形泡沫鋁填充鍍鋅鋼管試件,按照規(guī)定加溫曲線進(jìn)行加溫,冷卻后對(duì)其進(jìn)行壓縮試驗(yàn),得到高溫后的不同尺寸泡沫鋁填充鍍鋅鋼管壓縮反應(yīng)。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析可知,圓形泡沫鋁填充鍍鋅鋼管在壓縮作用下經(jīng)歷彈性階段和屈服平臺(tái)階段兩個(gè)階段,其平均壓潰載荷和吸能能力隨著泡沫鋁相對(duì)密度和鋼管厚度的增大而增加,隨加溫度的升高而降低,構(gòu)件長(zhǎng)細(xì)比對(duì)構(gòu)件的壓縮性能和吸能能力影響較小。并將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論公式進(jìn)行了比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果要高于理論公式的計(jì)算結(jié)果。

Compressive performance research of circular aluminum foam-filled galvanized steel tubes after high temperature

Abstract:Aluminum foam-filled galvanized steel tube column is an attempt to apply porous metal materials to composite structures. In order to study the compressive performance and energy absorption capacity of the tubes after high temperature, a batch of circular aluminum foam-filled galvanized steel tube components were designed and made, the temperature was heated according to the prescribed temperature curve, and the compressive test was carried out after cooling to get the compressive reaction of different sizes of the tubes after high temperature. Through the analysis of the test results, it shows that the circular aluminum foam-filled galvanized steel tubes have two stages of elastic stage and yield platform stage under compression. The average crushing load and energy absorption capacity increase with the increase of relative density and thickness of the steel tube, and decrease with the increase of temperature. The ratio of slenderness to length has little effect on the compressive performance and energy absorption capacity of the components. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical formulas, and the experimental results are found to be higher than the theoretical ones.
