[摘要]以鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)中常見的柱栓焊混合拼接節(jié)點(diǎn)為研究對象。首先研究了拼接節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形特征和破壞模式,基于分析結(jié)果提出節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度的計(jì)算方法。其次,建立還原工程實(shí)際的節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元數(shù)值模型并對其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;同時(shí),分析了截面尺寸及軸壓比對節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度及變形特征的影響,并根據(jù)歐洲EC3規(guī)范和美國AISC規(guī)范關(guān)于連接節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度的定義及分類,判定鋼框架柱栓焊混合拼接節(jié)點(diǎn)并非傳統(tǒng)意義上的剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)。此外,基于腹板厚度對節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度有著顯著影響這一結(jié)論,擬合了所采用的節(jié)點(diǎn)拼接形式對應(yīng)的初始剛度簡化計(jì)算公式,該方法可推廣應(yīng)用于其他拼接尺寸及螺栓布置形式下鋼框架柱栓焊混合拼接節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度的計(jì)算。

Calculation and finite element analysis of initial stiffness of steel frame column bolt-weld splice joint

Abstract:The common column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame structure was taken as the research object. Firstly, the deformation characteristics and failure modes of the splice joint were studied,and the calculation method of initial stiffness of the joint was proposed based on the analysis results. Secondly, the finite element numerical model of joint reproducing engineering practice was established and verified,meanwhile, the influence of section size and axial compression ratio on initial stiffness and deformation characteristics of the joint was analyzed. And according to the definition and classification of joint initial stiffness in Eurocode 3 and AISC specifications, column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame is not rigid connection in traditional sense. Moreover,based on the conclusion that the thickness of web has a significant influence on the initial stiffness of joint,simplified calculation formula for initial stiffness corresponding to the joint splicing form adopted was fitted,this method can be popularized and applied to the calculation of initial stiffness under other splicing size and bolt arrangement form of column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame structure.
