小寬厚比短角鋼填板雙拼十字組合角鋼軸壓試驗(yàn)與設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)比

[摘要]對(duì)于彎曲長(zhǎng)細(xì)比大于扭轉(zhuǎn)長(zhǎng)細(xì)比的小寬厚比短角鋼填板雙拼十字組合角鋼而言,各規(guī)范采用不同方法來計(jì)算其穩(wěn)定系數(shù),構(gòu)造規(guī)定也有所不同,有必要結(jié)合試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)及有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果,檢驗(yàn)不同方法的計(jì)算精度和構(gòu)造規(guī)定的合理性。首先針對(duì)11根雙拼十字組合角鋼進(jìn)行了軸壓試驗(yàn),記錄并分析了軸力、應(yīng)變和位移的關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù);然后采用有限元模型模擬了構(gòu)件的軸壓過程。最后對(duì)比了試驗(yàn)測(cè)試、有限元模擬及現(xiàn)有規(guī)范的結(jié)果,分析結(jié)果表明:螺栓滑移對(duì)構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定系數(shù)的影響可以忽略;當(dāng)構(gòu)件側(cè)向支撐點(diǎn)之間僅為1個(gè)填板或相鄰兩個(gè)填板邊緣螺栓的距離大于40倍的分肢角鋼回轉(zhuǎn)半徑時(shí),試件均表現(xiàn)出了良好的承載能力;按綴板式構(gòu)件計(jì)算小寬厚比短角鋼填板雙拼十字組合角鋼長(zhǎng)細(xì)比并按B類柱子曲線確定其穩(wěn)定系數(shù)比較合理。

Comparison of axial compression test and design method for small width-thickness ratio closely star-battened angle column of short steel battens

Abstract:For the small width-thickness ratio closely star-battened angle column of short angle battens whose flexural slenderness is more than that of torsion, each specification uses different methods to calculate its stability coefficient, and the structural requirements are also different. It is necessary to combine the test results and finite element calculation results to verify the calculation accuracy of the different methods and the rationality of the structural requirements. Firstly, the axial compression tests were carried out on 11 closely star-battened angle steels, and the key data of axial force, strain and displacement were recorded and analyzed. Then the axial compression process of the component was simulated by finite element model. Finally, the results of experimental tests, finite element simulations and existing codes were compared. The analysis results show that the effect of bolt slip on the stability coefficient of components can be ignored. When the distance between the lateral support points of the component is only one batten or the distance between the adjacent two batten flange bolts is greater than 40 times the radius of split angle, the specimens all show good load-bearing capacity. It is reasonable to calculate the slenderness ratio of small width-thickness ratio closely star-battened angle column of short steel battens according to the batten plate and determine the stability coefficient according to the B-type column curve.
