[摘要]青海鹽湖地區(qū)的建筑物長(zhǎng)期遭受氯離子的侵蝕及季節(jié)性冰凍破壞,通過(guò)試驗(yàn),研究了不同配合比水泥基灌漿料在不同NaCl溶液濃度(10%,15%,20%)下的抗凍融侵蝕性能,并探討水泥基灌漿料外觀形態(tài)、質(zhì)量損失率和強(qiáng)度損失率的變化。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:氯離子和凍融侵蝕共同作用下對(duì)水泥基灌漿料的破壞大于單一凍融作用下的破壞;在一定的氯離子濃度范圍內(nèi),隨NaCl溶液濃度的增加,試件的抗凍性能降低;而高濃度的NaCl溶液可以有效降低水的冰點(diǎn),提高其抗凍性能;摻入適量的礦物摻合料,水泥基灌漿料可展現(xiàn)出良好的抗凍性能。為將水泥基灌漿料推廣到氯離子和凍融侵蝕共同作用下的實(shí)際工程中提供可靠的理論試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of cement-based grouting material under the joint action of chloride ion and freeze-thaw erosion

Abstract:The buildings in the Saline Lake area of Qinghai have been subjected to chlorine ion erosion and seasonal frost damage for a long time.Through experiments,The freezing-thaw erosion resistance of cement-based grouting material with different mix ratios under different NaCl solution concentrations(10%,15%,20%)was studied,and the changes of appearance,quality loss rate and strength loss rate of cement-based grouting material were discussed.The tests result show that the damage of the cement-based grouting material under the joint action of chloride ion and freeze-thaw erosion is greater than that under the single freeze-thaw action.In a certain range of chloride ion concentration,with the increase of NaCl solution concentration, the frost resistance of the test piece decreases.While the high concentration NaCl solution can effectively reduce the freezing point of water and improve its frost resistance.Incorporating an appropriate amount of mineral admixture,cement-based grouting material can exhibit good frost resistance.It provides a reliable theoretical test basis for extending the cementbased grouting material to the practical engineering under the joint action of chloride ion and freeze-thaw erosion.
