含F(xiàn)RP約束環(huán)的鋼筋搭接連接試驗研究*

摘 要

[摘要]基于含纖維增強聚合物(FRP)約束環(huán)的鋼筋搭接連接技術的鋼筋錨固試驗研究,共設計制作78組含F(xiàn)RP約束的鋼筋搭接連接構件,主要進行鋼筋搭接的靜力拉伸試驗研究。試驗主要考慮鋼筋搭接長度、鋼筋直徑、混凝土強度、FRP約束環(huán)內(nèi)徑與壁厚等參數(shù)的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:鋼筋在2ll/3,ll/2,ll/3搭接長度情況下,搭接性能均能夠得到保證;FRP約束環(huán)既能與內(nèi)部灌漿料很好地粘結(jié),又能與外圍混凝土協(xié)同工作,同時也間接證明含F(xiàn)RP約束環(huán)的鋼筋搭接連接技術是一種連接性能可靠、施工操作簡便、經(jīng)濟效益突出,且適合于預制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構鋼筋連接技術。

Experimental study on lap connection of steel bar with FRP constraint ring

Abstract:On the basis of the experimental research on steel bar anchorage of the lap connection technology of steel bar with  fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)  constraint ring, a total of 78 groups of steel bar lap connection members with FRP restraint were designed and fabricated. The static tensile tests of steel bar lap connection were mainly carried out. The main parameters considered in the tests included the lapping length of steel bar, the diameter of steel bar, the strength of concrete, the inner diameter and the wall thickness of FRP restraint ring. The test results show that the lap performance of the steel bar can be guaranteed under the lap length of 2ll/3,ll/2 and ll/3; the FRP restraint ring can bond well with the internal grouting material, and can also cooperate with the surrounding concrete. At the same time, it is also proved indirectly that the lap connection technology of steel bar with FRP restrained ring has reliable connection, simple construction operation, outstanding economic benefits, and is suitable for the steel bar connection in the prefabricated concrete structure.
