寬扁梁現(xiàn)澆空心樓板豎向受力性能研究*

[摘要]通過對湖南某高層建筑中局部兩開間布置帶寬扁梁的大跨度現(xiàn)澆空心樓板進行現(xiàn)場水箱加載試驗,研究空心樓板在豎向荷載作用下的豎向位移、裂縫開展及分布特征,同時引入空心層分層殼模型對該空心樓板進行了有限元受力性能分析。結(jié)果表明,在設(shè)計活荷載作用下,帶寬扁梁的大跨度現(xiàn)澆空心樓板具有足夠的抗彎剛度和抗裂能力,能夠滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范正常使用極限狀態(tài)的要求。但由于寬扁梁與空心樓板剛度比為1.5,寬扁梁對空心樓板無法形成有效嵌固而導致豎向荷載作用下,兩開間試驗現(xiàn)澆空心樓板的豎向位移曲線、裂縫分布與單塊板基本相似。分析結(jié)果亦表明,空心層分層殼模型能較好地實現(xiàn)對空心樓板受力性能的模擬,當寬扁梁高與空心樓板厚度比hb/hs≥2時,寬扁梁可實現(xiàn)對空心樓板的有效約束,可供實際工程選用。

Study on vertical mechanical performance of cast-in-situ hollow floor with wide flat beam

Abstract:On-site water tank loading test was carried out on a large-span cast-in-situ hollow floor with wide flat beams in two-space of a high-rise building in Hunan province to study the vertical displacement, crack development and distribution characteristics of the hollow floor under vertical load, the layered shell model of hollow layer was introduced to carry out finite element stress performance analysis of the hollow floor. The results show that the large-span cast-in-situ hollow floor with wide flat beams has sufficient bending stiffness and crack resistance under the design live load, and can meet the requirements of the normal use limit state of the current code. Due to the rigidity ratio of the wide flat beam to the hollow floor is 1.5, the wide flat beam cannot form an effective embedding on the hollow floor slab, and therefore led to that under the vertical load, the vertical displacement curve and crack distribution of the cast-in-situ hollow floor in the two-space test are basically similar to the single slab. The results of the analysis indicate that the hollow layered shell model can simulate well the performance of the hollow floor slab and it can be used for practical projects when the wide flat beam can effectively constrain the hollow floor as the ratio of the height of the wide flat beam to the thickness of the hollow floor (hb/hs) is greater than or equal to 2.
