HRB600E鋼筋混凝土柱抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為研究HRB600E鋼筋對(duì)混凝土柱抗震性能的影響,對(duì)7根分別配有HRB600E,HRB500,HRB400鋼筋的混凝土柱進(jìn)行低周反復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),分析軸壓比、配箍特征值和鋼筋強(qiáng)度對(duì)試件的破壞形式、滯回曲線、骨架曲線、延性及耗能能力等抗震性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:各試件破壞形態(tài)均為彎曲破壞,HRB600E鋼筋能夠發(fā)揮其強(qiáng)度優(yōu)勢;高軸壓比下,試件剛度退化加快,延性降低,承載力和耗能能力增大;配箍特征值的增大,延緩斜裂縫開展,改善試件的滯回性能,延性和耗能能力提高;隨著鋼筋強(qiáng)度提高,配有HRB600E鋼筋的混凝土柱試件承載能力稍有增加,剛度退化更平緩,延性和耗能能力有所降低,但仍滿足規(guī)范要求,可以達(dá)到節(jié)省鋼材的目的。

Experimental research on seismic performance of concrete columns reinforced with HRB600E steel bars

Abstract:To study the seismic behavior of concrete columns reinforced with HRB600E steel bars, seven specimens reinforced with HRB600E, HRB500 and HRB400 steel bars were tested under the low cyclic loading experiments. The results of failure pattern, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility and energy dissipation capacity were compared to analyze the effect of axial compression ratio, stirrup characteristic value and reinforcement strength on seismic behavior. The result shows that all of the specimens present flexural failure and the HRB600E steel bars can exert its strength. With high axial compression ratio, the bearing capacity is enhanced but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are  decreased, and the rigidity degeneration trend to be quicker. With the stirrup characteristic value increasing, the development of diagonal cracks is delayed. The hysteretic characteristic, ductility and the energy dissipation capacity are improved. Raising the strength of steel, the bearing capacity of the specimens reinforced with HRB600E steel bars is sightly increased and rigidity degeneration becomes smoothly, and  its ductility and energy dissipation capacity are reduced,  but they still meet the specifications. So, it can achieve the purpose of saving steel.
