[摘要]某試驗廠房在屋面保護層施工時突然垮塌。為判斷推演現(xiàn)場情況,分析垮塌原因,核查、分析了設計圖紙、施工質量、現(xiàn)場情況、設備施工安裝等情況;檢測了未垮塌部分鋼屋架、屋面板、支撐、排架柱的制作、施工、安裝質量;驗算了鋼屋架桿件截面受力情況。檢測發(fā)現(xiàn):造成事故的主要原因是屋面施工時荷載劇增,屋架個別桿件加工制作截面尺寸不足,屋面板支撐點未布置在屋架節(jié)點上;從而造成屋架桿件承載力不足,屋架發(fā)生屈曲、失穩(wěn),進而發(fā)生垮塌事故。最后,根據(jù)檢測報告,制定了廠房結構重建實施方案,為相關工程提供參考。

Analysis and research on the roof collapse of a experiment plant

Abstract:A experiment plant suddenly collapsed during the construction of roof protection layer. In order to deduce the situation of the accident and analyze the cause of the collapse, the design drawings, construction quality, site conditions, and installation of equipment were checked and analyzed. The quality of manufacture, construction and installation of some steel roof truss, roof panels, braces and bent columns which was not collapsed was tested. The cross section force of steel roof truss has been calculated. The inspection founds that: the main causes of the accident are the sharp increase of load during the roof construction; the insufficient manufacturing section size of individual members of the roof truss; the roof panel support points are not arranged on the roof truss node. As a result, the bearing capacity of roof truss members is insufficient, the roof truss buckling, instability, and then collapse. Finally, according to the test report, the implementation plan of the plant structure reconstruction was made, which can provide reference for the related projects.
